Funeral grave side service is at Clowne And Barlborough Cemetery on Tuesday 7th May 2024 at 11am
Please wear bright colours where possible, Di would have wanted everyone dressed in their best
All flowers will be provided by the family but if you would like to make a donation to Ashgate Hospice, to make a donation please follow the link or speak to a family member at the funeral
